Our Birmingham office

We first began operating in Birmingham in 1999, but have occupied our current site since 2015. It’s one of our most important across the whole of the UK. It serves as our National Training and Development Centre and our UK Central Stores are housed within the Birmingham Office.

Our Birmingham office houses various installation and servicing teams that work across the Midlands and further afield if necessary. 

Our Birmingham office is run by 79 members of staff, which includes 13 employees who work from our HSS satellite office in Bristol. Our new Birmingham office is one of our largest, and serves as a regional centre for sales, service and installation. Our Central Stores are located in our Birmingham office, which is our centralised stock control and is used by engineers to order new parts and products.

Our Training & Development Academy, which provides the content for SECOM apprentices, is also housed within our Birmingham office.

Our head office is in Kenley, Surrey, but we have regional offices throughout the UK, from Brighton in the south to Glasgow in the north.
